How to reduce PDF size for email

Gmail allows large attachments, but many application portals demand much smaller PDFs (often 100KB–2MB).

Steps

2. For a hard cap, use PDF to 1MB, PDF to 200KB, or PDF to 100KB.
3. Open the downloaded file and confirm pages are readable before sending.
